Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your HARIO items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
